Therapeutic Medical Massage
Description
This is for any massage treatment that will be billed to your insurance. You are required to have updated medical prescriptions from a physician with diagnoses codes. Your benefits need to be checked by our office manager prior to treatment as we do not bill for certain plans. Billing is a courtesy and not a guarantee of payment. You are ultimately responsible for understanding your policy.
