CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch modality that works with the nervous system. We can improve imbalances by working with the spine, sacrum, cranium, and facial bones. Releasing other restrictions throughout the fascial system as well. This deeply relaxing treatment can help improve the overall function of the nervous system as well as facilitating homeostasis to the body.
